Most sites are right on the Stockton Deepwater Channel. All sites feature great views of activity on the water – everything from fishing to waterskiing to ocean-going freighters passing to and from the Port of Stockton. You are virtually surrounded by some of the world’s richest farmlands. Your day may well be capped with a view of a spectacular sunset over Mt. Diablo.
Check-in time is 2:00 pm. However, if the site is available for early check-in, you may arrive anytime after 10:00 am. Please be aware that there is an early check-in fee of $25. You will receive a text message on the morning of your scheduled arrival, informing you whether your site is available for early check-in or not.
Check-out time is at 12:00 pm. Late check-out is possible until 5:00 pm for a fee of $30, subject to availability.
We do not permit extended stays. The maximum allowed stay is 21 days. After 21 days, you must be gone for 45 days before you can make another reservation.
If you don’t arrive before the office closes, you’ll receive a text message with the gate code to access your site. Kindly ensure that we have an up-to-date contact number on record.
The office is closed on Sunday but we do have staff on site. If you need assistance please call 209-951-0495.
The Wi-Fi password, bathroom code, and gate code will be texted to you on the Friday before your scheduled Sunday check-in.
You can proceed directly to your site upon arrival. The balance for your reservation will be charged to your payment on file on Monday morning.

There will be a security guard present on the property overnight to assist with any security issues that may arise outside of office hours.
Fishing is allowed. A license is required for anyone over 16 so please purchase one prior to arrival. We sell a wide variety of bait at our fuel dock.

Yes we do. No more than 2 pets. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time and must be on a leash when not inside your RV. Aggressive pets of any breed are not permitted. The owner is responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets. We reserve the right to accept or reject any pets.
There is NO swimming allowed anywhere on the property.
There is no tent camping allowed on the premises.
Yes we have complimentary high speed Wi-Fi.
All sites have water and electric hook ups and we have a dump station. If you are an RV guest there is no fee for using the dump station.
Reservations open up 6 months in advance. The exact date and time will be listed on our website’s events page and also on social media. So make sure you follow us to stay up to date.
