RV PARK RULES

RIVERPOINT LANDING CAMPGROUND RULES

The following information will help ensure enjoyable camping experiences for you and your fellow campers. All campers are responsible for informing their children and/or guests of these policies.  Violation of campground rules could result in an early departure without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation!

REGISTRATION: All campers, visitors, guests, and pets must be registered at the office upon arrival and prior to entering the campground. Our rates are based on 4 people per site. Up to two additional campers (adults or children) are allowed at an additional rate per camper.  No more than six campers may occupy a single site.

 

ANY RV 10 YEARS OR OLDER IS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BEFORE/UPON ENTERING THE RESORT. OLDER RV’S REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF THE MANAGER.

 

THERE IS NO TENT CAMPING ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.

 

CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM. CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 PM (NOON).

 

GUESTS: Facilities in this park are for use by registered guests only. Visitors are required to register at the office before entering the park.  All visitors must leave the park by 10:00 p.m.

 

CHILDREN: Play areas for children are limited to your RV site and the lawn in the center of property.  Children should not be on or near the riprap which surrounds our waterfront at any time.

QUIET HOURS: 10 PM – 8 AM

 

Due to liability purposes, we cannot allow our RV guests on the docks at any time unless you have a boat moored with us or in a guest slip

 

PLEASE DRIVE SLOW – SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH within the park.  Please watch for small children and pets.

 

PARKING: The rate per site allows the RV plus one tow or towed vehicle. One additional vehicle may stay, if space is available at an additional rate.

 

Washing RV’s & vehicles is NOT PERMITTED.

 

FRONT GATE: The gate is closed from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please inquire with the office for gate code.

 

PETS: Please clean up after your pets. Disposal bags are located around the park.  No more than 2 pets. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time and must be on a leash when not inside your RV. Aggressive pets of any breed are not permitted. The owner is responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets. We reserve the right to accept or reject any pets.

CAMPFIRES: Allowed if contained in a screened fire-pit. Please be aware of your fire, smoke, and ashes at all times.  Ashes and BBQ briquettes can be dumped in one of the marked metal containers around the property.

 

FIREWORKS / FIREARMS: Fireworks or firearms of any type are NOT permitted at any time.

 

UTILITIES: All rates include electricity and water. Each site has 30-amp electrical service. Sites 7, 8, 9, 15, 16, 25 and 26 have 50-amp service. Our sites do not have sewer hookups or Cable TV.

 

FISHING: If you have a waterfront campsite, you may fish from your site. You may also fish from the park area and on the “point.” No fishing is allowed ANYWHERE IN THE MARINA, from the docks, including the fuel dock. Fishing requires a California license.

 

There is NO SWIMMING allowed anywhere on the property.

 

ALCOHOL / TOBACCO: We are a family campground; all alcoholic beverages must be consumed responsibly. There is no smoking allowed in restrooms, showers, laundry room or other public buildings. Please extinguish cigarettes, cigars, and pipes properly.

This facility is privately owned.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and are not responsible for any loss or injury due to theft, fire, accident, falling trees, flood, electrical surges, etc. while at the park. Management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the park or its guests or for not complying with these guidelines.  Once you have checked in, there are no refunds for early departure.

Prices and policies subject to change without notice. Any incidentals such as late check-out, extra vehicles or guests which exceed maximum allowances that are not reported to the office, will be charged to your card on file upon checkout.

NOTICE: Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 799.20 et seq., a recreational vehicle may be removed from the premises without judicial hearing after the service of a 72-hour notice, if the occupant who has been in the park for 30 days or less, has either: (1) failed to pay for occupancy, or (2) failed to comply with the park’s rules and regulations.
