RV Park Rates & Reservations

RV Park Rates

All RVs must be 2014 or newer. Older RVs may be considered at the discretion of management.

Rates include up to 4 guests per site. Additional guests are $10 per person, per night, with a maximum of 6 guests per site. Each site rate covers one RV plus one tow or towed vehicle. Additional vehicles are $10 per night.

Please note: refunds are not available for early departures.

RESERVATION POLICIES

Reservation Policy

  • Full payment is required when booking.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 8 or more days before arrival: Charged for 1 night; the rest is refunded.

  • Cancel within 7 days of arrival: No refund.

  • No refunds for weather-related cancellations.

Holiday & Special Event Cancellation Policy

  • $100 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

  • Special event fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancel or reschedule 15 or more days before arrival: $100 to cancel; $25 to reschedule.

  • Cancel or reschedule within 14 days of arrival: No refund.

  • Weather-related cancellations are not refundable.

Date Change Policy

  • $25 fee for date changes made 8+ days before arrival.

  • No refunds for changes made within 7 days.

Early Departure

  • No refunds once you’ve checked in.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM (no arrivals after 9:00 PM).

  • Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon).

  • Late check-out (if available): $35 fee.

Quiet Hours

  • 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
